What’s inside, and why?

Three ingredients to address all your concerns

The full label

Serving size 30g

Made in a facility that also processes milk, nuts and soy.

Two ways to add

One serving, 30g, roughly two scoops. Add it while preparing your dish.

Knead It In — Chapati & Parantha

Add one serving to your atta before the water. Knead as always. For parantha, mix it in before kneading — the layers, the ghee, the crisp all stay exactly as they are.

Stir It In — Dosa, Idli

Whisk one serving into your batter after it’s fermented. Idlis rise as soft as they generally do and Dosas retain their taste and texture.

“At sixty, the body needs noticeably more protein per meal than it did at forty — and most Indian adults aren’t eating anywhere near that. It isn’t ageing. It’s a gap in the plate, and it can be closed.”

    Dr. Manthan Mehta,

“When we built Daily Protein, we didn't stop at protein. Turmeric and Boswellia sit alongside it for joint comfort, Vitamin D and hyaluronic acid for mobility — and zero added sugar throughout. It isn't a supplement with extras. Every ingredient earns its place on the label”

  • Dr. Neelam Jain,

    Dr. Neelam Jain,

“Patients managing blood sugar often ask if protein supplements are safe for them. What matters is the ingredient list, not the label — hidden sugars and sweeteners can affect glycemic control.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Still unsure? Talk to our team

Will it change how the food tastes?

+
No. It’s unflavoured and unsweetened. Rotis, dosas and dal come out tasting the way they always have.

Will the rotis still puff?

+
Yes. It’s heat-resistant and finely milled, so the dough behaves normally. Add it to the atta before the water, not after.

How much do I add?

+
One serving — 30g, about two scoops — per person per day. If you’re cooking for four and want everyone covered, use four servings across the day’s meals.

Can the whole family have it?

+
Any adult in the house, yes. That’s what it was built for. Not for children, or for pregnant or nursing women.

Is it vegetarian?

+
Fully plant-based — mung bean protein. Green mark on pack.

I have diabetes.Is this suitable?

+
There’s no added sugar and no sweetener. But show the label to your doctor and take their answer over ours.
