“At sixty, the body needs noticeably more protein per meal than it did at forty — and most Indian adults aren’t eating anywhere near that. It isn’t ageing. It’s a gap in the plate, and it can be closed.”

“When we built Daily Protein, we didn't stop at protein. Turmeric and Boswellia sit alongside it for joint comfort, Vitamin D and hyaluronic acid for mobility — and zero added sugar throughout. It isn't a supplement with extras. Every ingredient earns its place on the label”

“Patients managing blood sugar often ask if protein supplements are safe for them. What matters is the ingredient list, not the label — hidden sugars and sweeteners can affect glycemic control.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Still unsure? Talk to our team

Is 22g too much for someone who isn’t very active?

+
No. Protein isn’t a reward for exercise — the body is using it every day regardless. If anything, a less active body loses muscle faster and needs the intake more.

Can I have it with milk instead of water?

+
Yes. Water keeps it lighter; milk makes it richer and adds a little more protein. Either is fine.

Will it taste like a supplement?

+
It shouldn’t. Haldi and badam are flavours you already know — closer to haldi doodh than to a gym shake. It’s mildly sweet, not sugary.

I have diabetes. Is this suitable?

+
There’s no added sugar and it’s sweetened with monk fruit. But show the label to your doctor and take their answer over ours. Our nutrition team can help you read it.

Can others in the family have it?

+
Any adult, yes. It’s formulated to a fifty-plus standard, which is simply a higher one. Not for children, or for pregnant or nursing women.

How long does one pack last?

+
27 servings — about a month at one scoop a day.

Is there a scoop inside?

+
Yes, we’ve added a biodegradable scoop.
