A health system that only shows up after something's wrong
We spent years in the US watching our families from a distance. Every phone call home had started to include a report, a specialist, or a new tablet added to the list. Nothing dramatic — just a system built to react, not to prevent.
In 2025, we left our jobs at Netflix and moved back to start Praan Health. It began as a practice, not a product: doctor-led protocols, strength sessions in people's homes, and nutrition support built around what a family actually cooks.
We didn't set out to build a nutrition brand
10,000 families into the clinic, we weren't working from literature and assumption anymore. We'd read the blood reports ourselves. Tracked strength scores across months. Followed sleep, blood sugar, and balance over years instead of sampling them once.
One pattern kept showing up: the gap wasn't willpower, it was what was actually on the plate — protein a person would eat every day, in a form that fit their life, not a supplement aisle. That's what our nutrition line is built to close. Every product came out of what we saw work for real members, not the other way around.
Built to stop guessing
Everything we make is tested against the same clinic and research wing we built to check whether what we recommend actually works — on real people, over real time. Nothing goes out until we're willing to hand it to our own family.
